Property Management

We’ve worked with landlords and letting agents from day one, as well as some excellent housing associations. Along with guaranteed rent, our service offers these partners the chance to have their properties signed up, managed, and even maintained by our experienced housing professionals. This doesn’t just reduce the property owner’s workload; it gives them the peace of mind that their buildings and rental incomes are in very safe hands, with the added satisfaction of helping transform the lives of vulnerable people. 

Along with guaranteed rent, our service offers landlords, letting agents and housing associations, the chance to have their properties signed up, managed, and even maintained by our experienced housing professionals. 

FOR EVERYONE

Whether you’re a landlord, letting agent or housing association, there are lots of benefits of partnering with us.  So long as your accommodation meets our own Bedspace Lettable Standard, here’s what you’ll get in return:

  • We guarantee to pay rents, always on time.  

  • We carry out a thorough inspection at the point of handover.

  • We pay for approved maintenance operatives to perform all ‘tenant responsibility’ repairs. 

  • Our out-of-hours telephone reporting service handles any issues.

  • We operate a robust anti-social behaviour policy, quickly investigating and resolving any issues. 

  • Our maintenance operatives follow a strict Code of Conduct. 

  • Our dedicated housing and support teams have the expertise and resources to make tenancies work. 

  • Our DBS-certified staff perform weekly spot checks at each property. 

For Landlords and Agents

We offer leases of up to 5 years for the right property in the right area, giving landlords greater peace of mind in terms of payment. One of our Housing Officers will also perform a full property inspection every quarter, and we can even arrange to carry out all repairs on your behalf. 

 

For Housing Associations

We guarantee rent for the full term of any tenancy, and our Housing Officer will perform a full inspection quarterly. We’ll also work with you to create appropriate pathways to independence for every individual service user.  We’ll even provide case studies and feedback on our success stories, for you to use in your annual reports.
