Deputy Manager - Children's Home

A snapshot of the Deputy Manager role

Do you believe in the transformative power of nurturing, with a therapeutic approach and a family-style atmosphere for children to live and thrive in? If so, you could be one of the 2 new Deputy Managers to turn this into a reality at our new home opening in Spring 2024. As a Deputy Manager, you will have a hands-on approach in shaping the home and team to provide outstanding care.

You will encourage strong bonds between children and staff based on jointly undertaken activities, shared daily life, domestic and non-domestic routines, and established boundaries. By role modelling our culture and ethos, you’ll use this approach to lead, manage and motivate your team and drive them to deliver a quality service for the children we support.
