Staff complete NVQ qualifications
Congratulations to Martin Pownall, Emily Campbell Alban and Dianne Pownall, on the successful completion of their NVQ Level 4 Management of Care for Children and Young People.

Staff Accreditation in Physical Restraint and Breakaway
Bedspace employees, Chris Wareing and Alison Griffiths, have now been awarded their Instructor Accreditation in Physical Restraint and Breakaway, from the National Federation for Personal Safety. They have achieved BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Physical Restraint Practice, which incorporates Law for Physical Restraint, Non-harmful methods of control, and Restrictive methods of physical restraint from EDEXCEL. This is the only Nationally Recognised Vocational Qualification at this level of its kind worldwide.
